Cloudy Countdown
I'd read that Denver gets about 300 days of sunshine a year. Each winter in Fairbanks, Alaska, proved more and more that I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, but everyone would feel SAD and sad with only four hours of daylight on winter solstice. That 300 days of sunshine seemed like a good choice.
My time in Denver was short. Aurora, actually. And now the Western Slope of Colorado. No matter, I still get that reported 300 days of sunlight, right?
I just didn't know that the 65 days of crappy weather was consecutive. That's immature and untrue, but tomorrow really does mark one week, seven days, of sunless crap.
Predisposition to SAD, brain trauma and a week of rain, a recipe for disaster. But hey, only 58 more cloudy days to go.
